With the addition of the optional Auto-90 program feature, Scotchman’s SUP-600 NF AngleMaster saw runs completely automatically for 90-degree cuts only. The system feeds materials and makes 90-degree cuts continuously.
This upcut circular cold saw is designed for cutting nonferrous material such as aluminum and copper. It features a 24-in., 132-tooth carbide blade that can produce round cuts up to 8 in. dia. and rectangular cuts up to 9 by 5 in. at 90 degrees. When coupled with the AngleMaster digital material positioning system, it serves as a semiautomatic, programmable saw system that automatically rotates to any cut angle, pushes material into the saw, and automatically rotates to the next desired angle.
Standard features include a 21-in. touchscreen control that can store unlimited cut lists, adjustable feed rate with mitering range of 22 to 159 degrees, two horizontal and two vertical pneumatic clamps to secure material being cut, a 4-1/2-in. port for chip collection, and a drawer under the bottom of the saw.
