Hunter Industrial’s Titan ceiling fan employs direct-drive motor for light weight

Hunter Industrial’s high-volume, low-speed Titan industrial ceiling fans are designed with fewer blades, parts, and hardware, along with an optimized, direct-drive motor and blade pitch, to require less energy to operate.

At 24 ft. dia., the fan is up to 2.5 times lighter than competitive fans with gearboxes, states the company. It offers silent operation, single-person installation, and a maintenance-free platform.

The motor uses 1 HP to operate.
