Kyzen’s solvent, Kapture recycling system help reduce environmental impact

Kyzen offers METALNOX M6900 solvent and the Kapture solvent recycling system to help minimize the environmental footprint of the metal cleaning process.

The solvent serves as an alternative drop-in replacement for nPB, TCE, and similar solvents in many cleaning applications. Engineered for traditional vapor degreasing systems, it is suitable for use on oils, greases, and additional soils common to aerospace, automotive, and other precision metal manufacturing applications.

The recycling system separates soils from the solvent during the degreasing cleaning process. By continuously removing contaminants during normal operation, the system helps enhance overall solvent quality and minimize production interruptions.
