piCOMPACT 23 Smart vacuum generator platform from Piab is IO-Link-ready

Piab has introduced the piCOMPACT®23 Smart vacuum generator platform. The all-in-one ejector offers operation with either standard 24-V IO or IO-Link to provide point-to-point links between sensors and actuators. It can be used with any type of fieldbus, enabling users to easily link together different systems within a plant.

With casings and electrical enclosures to protect against dust and water, the vacuum generator can be installed close to the usage point with no need for extra protective measures.
