Quality management software analyzes, controls, manages welding processes
- March 2, 2015

- Shop Management
Xnet modular quality management software from EWM helps discover potential savings, ensure cost-effective manufacturing, and document every weld. Compatible with Industry 4.0, the software supports networking for complex manufacturing sequences from mass production to one-off items.
The software continually captures and records all welding parameters and machine data, thereby meeting all quality assurance criteria and documentation requirements. It allows users to compare the duty cycle and effective welding time of every machine to identify and analyze nonproductive time so processes can be optimized.
The software also determines the optimal time for part replacement based on the recorded machine data. It also displays an alert on the screen when maintenance is required. The web-based system is compatible with all operating systems. It runs on fixed PCs, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
