The Demmeler modular fixturing system for welding is an ideal tool for prototypes, repair parts, custom parts, process development or any other short run welding job, including short-run robotic applications. Precise fixtures can be ready in a matter of hours. The system includes a full range of components to fixture virtually any part. Due to its modular nature, engineering changes are easily handled and duplicate fixtures can be ready in as little as 20 minutes. By using modular fixturing, you can recover valuable production space once used for storage of old dedicated fixtures.
Engineers at Bluco will work with you to analyze your part prints, understand your processes, design a fixture and send you a 3-D model showing how modular fixturing can be used for your weldments. A package of components and a hardened spatter resistant steel table will be offered. On-site training is included at no charge and a year long exchange privilege on any unused item is provided.
Any sized system can be rented through a rent-to-own program. Rent a system for as little as $345/month to build your justification based on actual production and quality improvements. If your current methods include a steel table or sawhorses or the floor, a framing square, a tape measure and chalk, you will find that you will double your throughput and double your quality with the Demmeler modular fixturing system for welding.
