Cordatus Capital announces partnership with B&J Welding Supply
Cordatus Capital has announced its completed investment in B&J Welding Supply, an independent packaged gas distributor based in Lubbock, Texas. Jason Jones remains CEO of B&J, as well as a board member and shareholder.
In conjunction with this partnership, Cordatus has formed American Gas Group to pursue further acquisition opportunities across the packaged gas industry, with Robert S. Smith serving as president of acquisitions and business development.
