Miller’s Deltaweld 500 power source offers high amperage and carbon arc gouging

Miller Electric Mfg. LLC has announced the release of the Deltaweld® 500 GMAW power source for general and heavy manufacturing operations. It delivers 500 amps at 100% duty cycle and offers carbon arc gouging capabilities.
The unit is rated for use with up to 1/16-in. wire and can be used to weld a variety of material thicknesses, from 22-ga. sheet metal to materials several inches thick. Operators can turn on gouging mode with the push of a button and gouge up to 3/8-in. carbons using a dedicated constant-current mode.
The welding power source can be used with single and dual models of Intellx™ and Intellx Pro series wire feeders.
