Small-footprint TIG spool welding robot designed for pipe applications

Novarc Technologies' SWR-TIPTIG

Novarc Technologies Inc. has launched the SWR-TIPTIG spool welding robot for fabrication shops and contract manufacturers. The small-footprint mechanized TIG system is designed for pipe, pressure vessel, and roll welding applications.

It can integrate with the production flow and existing manufacturing processes of customers across a variety of industries. Compact in size but featuring a long reach, it can fit in almost all fabrication shops regardless of layout or other space requirements.

The operator is positioned several yards away from the welding arc and noxious fumes to minimize exposure to hazards.
