GTAW nozzles available in shield gas orifice diameters of ¾ to 1-1/2 in.

Arc-Zone.com® Inc. offers a full line of Monster™ GTAW nozzles, with shield gas orifices from ¾ to 1½ in. dia. Each nozzle is fitted with a stainless steel gas diffuser to help improve gas flow and coverage for GTAW of exotic and specialty alloys.
The variety of nozzle sizes enables fabricators to use the size they need to extend the tungsten electrode well beyond the end of the cup to reach tighter spots without compromising on the amount of shield gas required for precision welding applications. The stainless steel screen stacks maximize shield gas flow and hold up to higher amperage and high-reflective heat applications.
The nozzles are suitable for GTAW in motorsports, aerospace, aircraft, process pipe and tube, automotive, laboratory, and welding reactive metals like stainless steel, titanium, nickel-based alloys, Chromoly®, and Docol R8®.
Each nozzle is made with ceramic for durability and heat resistance, and without dissimilar metals in the diffusers that can cause weld inconsistencies.
