Miller Electric Mfg. LLC has introduced ArcAgent for Insight Core, a cloud-based system that monitors welding productivity and quality metrics. The software works with any age or brand of machine, providing full reporting on the shop floor, even with a variety of power sources.

Via external sensors, the system monitors voltage, current, two wire feed speeds, and gas flow, which allows for complete analysis of an operation based on its established productivity and quality goals.
