Numalliance Group acquires Addition Mfg. Technologies
The Numalliance Group, a provider of tube bending, cutting, and end forming equipment based in France, has announced the acquisition of Addition Mfg. Technologies in the U.S. and Mexico and the creation of a new company, AddEaton by Numalliance Inc.
Addition patents, intellectual property, and historical trademarks (Addison McKee, Eaton Leonard, and Eagle) are included in the transaction.
