Addition Mfg. Technologies announces CEO, management changes

Lebanon, Ohio-based Addition Mfg. Technologies, a provider of advanced automated systems for metal tube forming, has announced a number of staff changes.
Scott Morling has been named CEO. His previous experience includes nine years in management positions with Delphi Automotive Systems, as well as senior management positions at companies in the steel, metal tube, and metal component manufacturing sectors. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering from Northwestern University and the University of Illinois, respectively, and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
Mark deMeza has been promoted to managing director Europe. He joined the company as group CFO in September 2016. He now is also general manager of the Wuxi, China, operations and continues as group CFO.
Philip Aspinall has been appointed as technical director. Since joining the company in 1978, he has held various positions of responsibility in sales, service, and manufacturing. In his new role, he is a member of the company’s R&D committee. With this change, Andrew Spalding succeeds Aspinall as plant manager of the Preston operations.
Doug Pierson has been promoted to vice president of sales, service, and marketing with companywide responsibility across all continents. He has been with the firm for more than 25 years, serving most recently as vice president of sales for the Americas.
