Compact tube bender produces micro parts
WAFIOS BMZ 6
WAFIOS offers the BMZ 6, a compact CNC tube bender designed for producing micro parts used in medical engineering and high-frequency technologies for semirigid coax cables. The machine’s modular structure and combination of different bending techniques, such as mandrel bending and free-form bending, allow the production of highly complex geometries.
The bender uses clamping jaws that allow the manufacture of products with short, straight sections between the attachment part and the first bend. An optional integrated robot handles delicate workpieces.
