Esco Tool’s Dictator II MILLHOG pipe beveler handles variety of pipe sizes with one mandrel

Esco Tool has introduced the Dictator II MILLHOG® pipe beveler. It uses one mandrel and a set of three wide clamps that provide six points of contact on the pipe ID for chatter-free beveling. With 10 sets of clamps, the tool can bevel pipes from 4.5 in. ID to 24 in. OD, performing any angle of prep on any type of pipe alloy.

Able to bevel, face, and bore simultaneously, the tool includes a patented safety spring hanger for simplified alignment. It features the EscoLock™ cutter blade holding system and proprietary TiN-coated cutter blades that direct the chip and heat away from the pipe surface to help prevent work hardening and extend blade life.
