Machine manufactures larger springs

AIM has introduced the NX-500F spring machine for manufacturing larger springs with high speed and high precision, the company reports.
The firm offers spring machines with nine to 25 axes that can use spring wire from 0.02 to 0.19 in., with higher capacities coming soon. Options include a servo cutter, double spinner, servo stamping, external feeding device, and an Easydur camera inspection system (maximum 14-axis feedback at the same time).
