Wheatland Tube names general manager for fence, galvanized mechanical products

Wheatland Tube Co., Chicago, a division of JMC Steel Group, has announced that David Devine has joined the company as the general manager for fence and galvanized mechanical products.

Devine has more than 19 years of experience in the mechanical tube market. Most recently he served as national sales manager - energy solutions for Atkore/Unistrut Construction, where he was in charge of the design and build of structural racking systems incorporating galvanized mechanical tube and custom roll-formed profiles. He also has held regional and national sales roles within the mechanical tube and construction sales divisions.

Wheatland Tube produces steel tubular products including standard steel pipe; DOM mechanical tubing; fence framework; fire sprinkler pipe; electrical conduit; elbows, couplings, and nipples; oil country tubular goods; and line pipe meeting API specifications.
