Portland steel pipe mill to reopen in May
The Evraz Co. has announced plans to reopen a spiral pipe mill in Portland, Ore., that it closed in 2009.
Scheduled to open in spring, the facility expects to hire about 75 workers. It will produce pipes for the petroleum industry.
