Rattunde adds to staff

Caledonia, Mich.-based Rattunde, a manufacturer of tube and bar processing machinery, has announced the addition of several new staff members.
Chad Luptowski has been named as control system technician. In this position, he trains new and current customers and commissions new machines in the field. His other duties include handling the customer help line and assisting the service team. Luptowski has been a member of the IBEW for 10 years and is a certified master electrician.
Janelle Crum has been hired as project coordinator. She is responsible for pre- and postsales communications between customers and internal resources, plus the planning and scheduling of machine installations. Crum was an executive assistant for the past three years and has spent time in both inside and outside sales.
Will Richards has been appointed to the position of associate of business development. His primary duty is to help maintain customer relationships that have been generated over the last eight years in North America. He also assists with market research and marketing. He has worked for the last nine years in the automotive industry, selling components.
Carlos Galan has been named as order fulfillment agent. Fluent in Spanish, Galan supports the Mexican and Latin American markets, responsible for quoting and fulfilling tooling and spare part orders. He previously worked in logistics.
