Rotary draw bender produces bends in tubes, hollow profiles

Ercolina®'s Mega Bender® 030 rotary draw bender with internal mandrel produces bends in tubes and hollow profiles. The system incorporates five individual tooling components to support the profile during the bending process. These components—lthe center former, pressure die, clamp die, wiper die, and mandrel—are specific to material type and dimension.
Depending on the material, wall thickness, and distance between bends the mandrel system can accommodate centerline bend radii as small as 1.5xD on tube diameters from 3/8 in. to 3 in.
