Electric tube end forming systems offered
Manchester Tool & Die Inc. has introduced two electric tube end forming systems for tubes up to 1 ½ in. dia. The M71-E-6 has a servo-driven, six-position rotary shuttle, and the M71-E-3 has a pneumatically driven, three-position shuttle; both are programmable through the machines’ HMI.
A servo flag stop system is available for tool-free flag adjustments. Other features include independent stroke speed adjustment, access for tooling changeovers and service, energy savings, and noise reduction.
