Pulsed fiber laser welding system suitable for metal processing
Amada Miyachi America Inc. offers the LMF70-HP pulsed fiber laser welding system. The 70-W machine is designed for welding small components and thin metals up to 0.01 in. thick. In addition to welding, the unit can perform engraving, deep engraving, and cutting of metal, as well as high-speed marking.
The laser is offered as an OEM product with galvo scanning beam delivery and controller, or it can be integrated into the LMWS platform, a CDRH Class 1 laser workstation offering integration flexibility to accommodate stand-alone operation, full production automation, and low-volume prototype development.
