O’Neal Industries acquires G & L Mfg.
O’Neal Industries, a metals manufacturer based in Birmingham, Ala., has acquired G & L Manufacturing, which has facilities in Cookeville, Tenn., and Denver.
G & L produces small-diameter, thin-wall tubing with proprietary forming and seam welding technology, using stainless steel, titanium, nickel alloys, and MONEL® nickel-copper alloy. It will retain its name with a new tagline: “An ONI Company.”
