Russel Metals to acquire Sanborn Tube Sales
Canada-based Russel Metals Inc., a distributor of tube, pipe, and other metal products, has entered into an agreement to acquire Sanborn Tube Sales of Wisconsin Inc., a metals service center with a heavy emphasis in value-added processing.
The Sanborn operation, based in Pewaukee, Wis., is situated close to Russel’s three Wisconsin service centers and offers the opportunity for the combined business to expand the metal distributor’s product offering.
