Roll-Kraft acquires Chicago Roll
Roll-Kraft, Mentor, Ohio, has announced its acquisition of Chicago Roll Co., a Lombard, Ill., company offering design, manufacturing, and refurbishing of tooling for the tube, pipe, and roll forming industry.
The Lombard facility has more than 48,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space with 17 CNC turning centers capable of 24-hour operation.
Roll-Kraft is a manufacturer of roll tooling for companies that produce tube and pipe and roll formed products. In addition to the Mentor and Lombard facilities, the company has locations in Houston and Woodbridge, Ont.
