Audubon Companies affiliate Opero Energy opens fabrication facility in Texas
Opero Energy, an affiliate of Audubon Companies and a provider of engineered module fabrication and gas processing and treating technologies, has opened a fabrication facility in Houston.
The 60,000-sq.-ft. plant’s in-house capabilities include engineered modular processing facilities and standardized and custom-built modules. The company plans to use the facility to focus on pipe fabrication, structural steel fabrication, and module assembly for the oil and gas industry. It also will offer EPC services and technologies to support entire project life cycles, including conceptual design, detailed engineering and design, and construction.
The expansion is expected to add about 40 new jobs to the current workforce.
