Epic Piping acquires BendTec
Epic Piping, a turnkey industrial pipe manufacturing firm in Baton Rouge, La., has acquired Minnesota-based pipe fabricator BendTec Fabrication & Bending. The investment marks Epic’s entrance into union label projects and expands its capabilities in the energy and power, renewable, and infrastructure sectors.
The transaction also expands Epic’s production capabilities with the addition of BendTec’s existing operations and plants, including the capability to produce pipe bends up to 66 in. dia.
