HGG America opens customer service and support center in Houston

HGG Profiling Equipment, Medina, Ohio, has opened a new, 6,500-sq.-ft. center in Houston to provide service and support to customers and profile cutting machine installations in North and South America. It employs a customer service manager, administrative and inside sales personnel, telephone service support engineers, field service engineers and technicians, and a warehouse and shipping clerk.

The facility houses spare machine parts and plasma consumables, as well as a training center for customers and personnel, with profile-cutting demo machinery on-site.
