HGG offers remote service using augmented reality

When a customer wears the helmet, an HGG engineer can see and hear what the customer sees and hears in real time. More specifically, customers can share their exact view of machine parts and the machine area, enabling the engineer to guide the customer step by step, using visual pointers to resolve problems.
