Lomar Machine & Tool Co., Horton, Mich., a manufacturer of standard and custom machines for hose crimping, tube end forming, tube bending, brazing, and leak testing, has appointed Ronald E. Geisman as CEO. He succeeds his father and company founder, James L. Geisman, after serving 25 years as president.
