MNM Industries acquires Criterion Machinery
MNM Industries Inc., Kent, Ohio, has announced its acquisition of Criterion Machinery, a provider of tube fabrication equipment for tube bending, notching, and punching. Criterion will continue its business at the same location in Valley View, Ohio.
MNM is the holding company for Kent Pultrusion’s ServoPul technology and Kent Automation Window & Door Fabrication.
