Team Industries announces change to VP of sales and supply chain management
Mike Mincks
Team Industries, a pipe and vessel fabricator in Kaukauna, Wis., has announced the retirement of Mike Mincks, vice president of sales and supply chain management, on his 25th anniversary with the company. Before joining the firm as estimating manager, he worked for Connex Pipe Systems Inc. in Marietta, Ohio.
The company has hired Gene Nikstad to succeed Mincks in this position. For the past 35 years, Nikstad has worked in regional and global leadership roles in the oil and gas and energy industries in Texas. He has an extensive background in manufacturing, procurement, quality management, sales, marketing, and project delivery expertise.
