Tube bending webinar demonstrates complex freeform bends with autocorrection

In tube bending, “complex” doesn’t have to mean “difficult.” A free webinar organized by bender manufacturer Dynobend will explain how the company’s Tube Optimizer software provides automatic corrections for 3D bends made on its freeform benders.

The webinar is presented on the heels of ITEC’s strategic partnership with Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence and demonstrates how Hexagon’s accurate and flexible tube measurement and scanning systems contribute to precise bending. Scheduled for July 16 at 10 a.m. CT, it will provide a step-by-step setup of Dynobend’s Rembrandt machine supported by Hexagon’s tube measurement system.

These capabilities can help tube fabricators color outside the lines efficiently and effectively, despite making extremely complicated freeform bends in very low volumes, the company reports.
