Victaulic acquires Tennessee Metal Fabricating

Victaulic, a manufacturer of mechanical pipe joining, fire protection, and flow control systems in Easton, Pa., has acquired the business assets of Tennessee Metal Fabricating Corp. The acquisition supports the company's growth in the infrastructure market and increases its capacity for large-diameter piping systems.

Tennessee Metal Fabricating Corp., Rock Island, Tenn., fabricates steel pipe and fittings up to 144 in. dia., specializing in water, wastewater, and infrastructure projects throughout North America. The acquisition includes three buildings totaling 125,000 sq. ft. and more than 36 acres of land.
