ASMAG acquires Reika

Austria-based mechanical engineering company ASMAG has announced its acquisition of Reika, a Germany-based manufacturer of turnkey tube processing systems.
ASMAG reports the acquisition represents a significant step in its expansion strategy. By integrating Reika’s products into its existing portfolio, ASMAG can offer a broader range to shared customers. This contributes to consolidating ASMAG’s market position and aligns with its single-source strategy, the company states.
