Delta Steel Technologies to deliver stretch leveler to Steel and Pipe Supply
Delta Steel Technologies has received an order from carbon steel supplier Steel and Pipe Supply, Manhattan, Kan., for a stretch leveler. The 1/2- by 96-in. machine will produce a variety of panel flat products, including hot-rolled, hot-rolled pickled and oiled, and cold-rolled steel.
The high-speed stretch leveler, which can produce 4 million lbs. of stretching force, will be equipped with quick-exchange gripper bars. It is the company’s second Delta Steel stretch leveler.
