Fine Tubes receives fourth Nadcap accreditation

Fine Tubes, a U.K.-based manufacturer of precision tubing, has been awarded a Nadcap accreditation for chemical processing. Nadcap is an internationally recognized accreditation system that covers the key manufacturing and production processes used within the aerospace industry.

This is the company’s fourth Nadcap approval. Its other accreditations are for heat treating, NDT, and fusion welding.

Chemical processing is a critical part of the company’s production process. Tubes must be chemically milled after the cold-working and heat-treating processes by being etched to ensure they meet the customer specification requirements.
