OmegaFlex distributes $1,000 employee appreciation bonuses
OmegaFlex®, a designer and manufacturer of flexible metal piping in Exton, Pa., has announced the company is distributing a one-time $1,000 discretionary incentive payment to all its employees as part of the new federal tax law changes.
Payments will be made to all employees in operations and manufacturing, as well as office staff. This excludes executive and sales team members who receive incentives through other plans.
