Thermatool delivers HF welding machine to furniture manufacturer
A North American furniture manufacturer recently invested in Thermatool’s advanced Compact 150-kW HF Welder, adding green HF welding technology to its production line.
Chosen for its compact size and performance, the unit replaced previous vacuum technology on an existing mill. Since the installation, which took less than a week, Thermatool reports that the furniture maker has experienced increased productivity, reduced electrical demand, and continuous process control.
As part of the Inductotherm Group, Thermatool has a global network of more than 50 service technicians who are on call 24/7/365. The company also now offers online training for operators.
