3-D CAD system made for pipeline design
CAD Partner has introduced a Smap3D Plant Design Studio. The 3-D CAD system, suitable for small companies and offices without a CAD program that are seeking a pipeline design program, simplifies and partly automates pipeline planning.
The basic system includes a CAD program with an integrated piping module. The Isometric and P&ID modules are available separately. The CAD system has all essential functions for direct modeling. The Help function features videos with instructions on many topics.
The system can immediately import all established formats (such as STEP, IGES, DXF, DWG, Microstation) at the touch of a button. 2-D data can be transferred into the 3-D CAD with a mouse-click.
