TCI Cutting’s Smarttube Fiber suitable for open, closed profile cutting
TCI Cutting offers the Smarttube Fiber laser tube cutting machine for processing tubes with diameters from 20 to 220 mm and square tubes and profiles. The 5-axis cutting head makes the machine suitable for both open and closed profiles cutting.
The machine can perform all types of cuts, regardless of complexity. It processes a variety of materials such as iron, stainless steel, and aluminum, as well as highly reflective materials like copper and brass.
The system offers manual, automatic, and/or semiautomatic loading of tubes up to 6 m and CNC unloading stations. It is available with a 2D cutting head and a 3D cutting head with 5-axis cutting for flexibility in handling all types of cuts and surfaces.
