CNC plasma tube cutter adjusts quickly to various material shapes
Electro-Mechanical Integrators (EMI) offers the Tube Processing Center (TPC), a CNC machine for cutting any combination of intersecting angles, copes, slots, and holes with no tooling changes. Changes to material sizes and shapes are accomplished in a matter of minutes with only an Allen wrench.
Standard machines cut lengths up to 24 ft. They cut weld-ready components from rounds up to 5.5 in. dia., squares to 4 by 4 by 0.25 in., angles to 3.5-in. legs, flats to 6 in., and channels to 4 in. wide.
The machine is designed with optional modules to accommodate either high-volume/auto-load or small-volume/manual-load operations. Custom turnkey machines are built to handle other material sizes and special applications.
