CPO 350 Auto Loader from Scotchman cuts multiple lengths of tube up to 3 in.
Scotchman Industries has introduced a new autoloading circular cold saw. The CPO 350 Auto Loader is a fully automatic sawing system designed to help save time, reduce scrap, and eliminate mistakes, the company reports.
Comprising a semiautomatic CPO 350 PKPD saw and an autoloading system, the sawing system can cut multiple lengths of tube up to 3 in. dia. It comes standard with a Windows®-based touchscreen control; 5-HP, variable-RPM motor; and a 12.4-in.-dia. blade. It can run unlimited cut lists from 1/2 -in. to 23-ft. lengths.
The user can run a complete cut list or run of cut lists at 90 degrees on an automatic cycle or switch to operate the saw in a semiautomatic cycle to miter cut. Quick setup, automatic part length change, and fast reloading of material help add efficiency. The system provides accurate cut lengths and is within +/- 0.002 per dia. in. in squareness.
