TigerStop's TigerSaw 2000 Compact

The TigerSaw 2000 Compact from TigerStop is a fully automatic optimizing and push-feeding saw station for cutting nonferrous metals including aluminum and copper. The compact saw is suitable for use in a variety of industries, including prefabrication, mechanical construction, aluminum processing, curtainwall, storefront, and fenestration.

The saw offers extensive guarding and a fully enclosed saw blade with a cutting envelope of 1 by 9.75 in. to 3 by 7.75 in., as well as 3.5-in.-OD tube. Compatible with 14- and 16-in. saw blades, it features a Spray Mist Coolant System and a 4.8-HP motor.

Optional upgrades include cut list downloading software, dynamic optimization and dynamic pack optimization software, simulation and statistics reporting, and label printing.
