Thermatool offers inline seam annealing and normalizing equipment, designed for postweld heat-treating of high-frequency welded tube and pipe in a variety of diameters, wall thicknesses, and material chemistries.
To provide quality control and help ensure process repeatability, the annealers are available with SmartAnneal™ closed-loop temperature control and real-time temperature monitoring. Powered by VIP™ series power supplies, the seam annealers offer a comprehensive automation and control package, including recipe recall.
