All-electric tube bender’s rapid clamping system allows fast tool changes
Schwarze-Robitec offers the CNC 100 E TB MR all-electric tube bender. The machine enables companies in the automotive industry to achieve serial production of pipe systems quickly and efficiently, the manufacturer states.
The bender is equipped with numerous components to help reduce downtime and thus increase production productivity, such as the Quick Tool Unlock rapid clamping system. Its central clamping function allows for a fast change of bending tools with minimum tool requirements.
The machine can be used to bend a variety of different tube and pipe dimensions. The NxG control system helps contribute to fast cycle times, reports the company.
