BLM GROUP USA’s E-Shape is a compact, all-electric CNC tube end forming machine with a punch table that works horizontally—eliminating interference from overhead structures. Set up for 10 processing stations, the end former can be freely equipped with ram stations, rotary tools, and cutting tools, enabling users to configure the machine for the specific application.

Offering 10 tons of force, the machine produces complex shapes and end forms in thick-walled materials or stainless steel. It can perform tapering, flaring, closing, facing, and cutting to produce repeatable end forms, finish, and quality.

The unit also offers single-punch advancement and variable-length strokes that help to optimize cycle times. Fitting an orbital cutting device on the machine eliminates the need for a secondary cutoff operation that typically would require special fixturing to position a bent part for forming. It also offers an automatic, consecutive, head-to-tail operation to process both ends of the tube.
