Caterpillar pullers from Versa Machinery suitable for tubing
Versa Machinery has introduced series C caterpillar pullers, which provide uniform pressure over the entire traction length to exert pulling force without product deformation. They are suitable for pliable materials such as tubing and extruded profiles.
They are available in nonmotorized and motorized versions. Belt configurations are 2 in. wide by 9 in. long to 4 in. wide by 18 in. long. A variety of belt materials are available, including sponge, gum rubber, silicone, neoprene, urethane, and nitrile. Various durometer ratings are available to suit application requirements.
The pullers are equipped with a hand wheel or optional pneumatic operation of the belt booms along a constant centerline. Additional options include left-to-right configuration and OSHA guarding package.
