Esco MILLHOG boiler tube expander extensions reach around obstructions

Esco Tool offers MILLHOG® rolling motors and tube expanders with a variety of adapters and universal pivoting extensions that let users reach around obstructions and roll hard-to-access boiler tubes. Featuring a torque control setting that stalls the tool when it reaches the desired preset tube expansion, these tools create a uniform and tight mechanical seal between the tube ID and the boiler tube sheet.
Providing torque control from 25 to 325 ft.-lbs., the products are suitable for rolling tubes from 0.625 to 4.5 in. OD. Operating on standard shop air, they are supplied as complete kits available with 90-, 190-, and 280-RPM motors for straight, flare, long-reach, and beaded rolls.
