Garboli LT200 planetary tube finisher from J&S Machine processes tube ODs to 8.62 in.

With its compact size, the Garboli LT200 planetary tube finisher from J&S Machine is designed for processing large tube ODs with long abrasive belt life, limiting production downtime. It handles high-volume tube finishing production for grinding, buffing, and satin finishing of straight tube sections up to 8.62 in. OD.

The self-centering automatic feed system can process straight and tapered sections of multiple materials including metals (brass, stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum) and composites (fiberglass, carbon fiber). The feed system will process round, oval, elliptical, or irregular profiles.

The wet unit comes self-contained with coolant tank, filter, and recirculation systems. The dry version comes equipped with a 4-1/2-in. dust collection port to attach to any stand-alone or in-house dust collection system.
